At Live Oak Coffee Co., we ship your coffee quickly so you can enjoy it at its peak.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method
We currently ship domestically within the United States via UPS Ground, Fed Ex, and USPS. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location. Note that this range may vary based on UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS shipping loads.
Shipping Rates
Flat fee shipping is offered and we reserve the right to change rates based upon market conditions. For large shipments, we have the right to calculate additional shipping costs and add to the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Freshness Commitment
Because our coffee is roasted fresh for each order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been processed for roasting or shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Live Oak Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
