At Live Oak Coffee Co., we ship your coffee quickly so you always get the best cup possible. Because of this, we’ve designed our subscription policy to be flexible while respecting our fulfillment process.
Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.
Orders Already Processed
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew based on your selected delivery frequency. You will be charged on the scheduled billing date associated with your subscription.
